The Green Product Award 2022 is open for submissions!
Berlin, 06.08. 2021 | The application phase for the Green Product Award 2022 has begun!
Since 2013, the Green Product Award has been honouring products and services already launched on the market that stand out in the areas of sustainability, innovation and design – the award is aimed at ‘sustainable market changers‘ from start-ups to established companies. The submission deadline is November 1st, 2021.
Participants benefit from seals, digital presence on the Award and media partner channels, the annual Green Trend Book, detailed jury feedback, exhibitions and networking opportunities with Green Future Club members.
The Green Product Award 2022 is presented in following categories:
Architecture & Tiny Houses | Building Components | Consumer Goods |
Fashion | Handicraft | Interior & Lifestyle |
Kids | Kitchen | Mobility |
New Materials | Sport | Workspace |
The categories are chosen along the themes of the leading fairs and publications to create the highest impact of change.
Selection Process:
The winners of the Green Product Awards are determined in a three-stage award process:
- Inclusion in the ‘Pre-Selection’ (ongoing).
- Announcement of the Nominees for the Green Product Award 2022.
- Determination of the winners by the jury. Additional winner of the audience award through a public vote (60,000 votes in 2021).
The festive award ceremony and the exhibition with the winning entries will take place in March 2022 on the occasion of the IHM International Crafts Fair and parallel to the Munich Creative Business Week in Munich. Further exhibitions are being planned.

The Green Concept Award 2022
The Green Concept Award is aimed at young designers, researchers, students and start-ups who want to show, develop, test or market their concepts in order to change society and the economy.
Every year, the Green Future Club awards concepts for sustainable materials, products and services that are not yet on the market with the Green Concept Award.
The Green Concept Award is divided into 11 categories.
